Between the comunity and the State. Reflections about institucions and citizenship from the posfudacionalism.

Abstract

The work addresses a problematization around the configuration of states and the tensions between the delimitation of the community. In this sense, it starts from the considerations that the community and its limits are defined from a universal name, articulated in a contingent and precarious way. Thus, we discuss the ways in which states and their institutions are articulated. For which, we propose in the first place, to investigate the conflicting forms of delimitation of what is common to a community. Following this, we focus on investigating the mechanisms of articulation of these tensions, usually in institutional moments, such as the State. Emphasizing that the aforementioned objectives will be approached from a post-foundationalist perspective, specifically from the theory of political discourse.

For its part, we arrive at the consideration that these ways of delimiting the community have an erratic impact on the institutional architecture. While the forms of the community are intertwined in an institutionality crossed by demands and conflicts that try to be part of that common order; developing as an effect an institutionality that expresses, at some point, these demands.
