The Revista Digital Costa Oriental (RDCO) invites the academic community, both national and international, to submit original and unpublished manuscripts for potential publication.

The RDCO is an online, open-access, continuously published scientific publication specializing in the study of social and territorial phenomena from the perspectives of the social sciences and human geography. We particularly welcome contributions on democracy and governance, gender, public policies, regional development, inequality, and socio-spatial dynamics.

The submitted work will undergo peer review by academic experts under a double-blind process. This approach guarantees the academic rigor, originality, and relevance of the contributions to the field.

The Costa Oriental Digital Journal (RDCO) is an online academic publication, freely accessible and published continuously. To be accepted for publication in the Journal, manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. All reviewers are specialists in the relevant scientific discipline and in the specific subject matter addressed by the submitted article.

The objective of RDCO is to disseminate research outputs from faculty members and graduate students at Latin American academic institutions. The journal specializes in the fields of Social Sciences and Human Geography. The journal is administered and edited by the Faculty Research Group on Political Studies of Quintana Roo, an affiliated body of the Autonomous University of the State of Quintana Roo.
